Megha Rohra is a dedicated advocate for equity, mental health, and education. She began her journey with Mendlife India as an intern and now proudly serves as one of the Board of Directors for Mendlife Canada. With a strong background in psychology and education, Megha combines her academic expertise and passion for social change to support marginalized communities. Her research, including a thesis on "Spiritual Well-being: A Predictor of Self-concept," reflects her commitment to understanding and addressing the holistic needs of individuals.

Throughout her career, Megha has contributed to impactful projects that empower individuals through education, skill-building, and mental health advocacy. She has designed and implemented inclusive curriculum strategies that have helped students thrive in diverse educational settings. At Lakehead University, Megha furthered her contributions by researching early childhood education, focusing on tools to improve learning outcomes for young children.

Now, as part of Mendlife Canada, Megha is devoted to breaking down systemic barriers faced by BIPOC and international students in Canada. Her work continues to foster transformative change, ensuring equitable opportunities and a supportive environment for those in need.
