Communication Skills Trainer
English Communication Skills trainers work at our centers to teach communication skills to underprivileged youth in order to make them job-ready. They teach the principles of the English language, using different methods to deliver successful courses. Responsibilities can vary based on the academic level and other contextual parameters.
Responsibilities include:
Planning course material and activities
Assessing the students’ progress (e.g. homework, exam grades, etc.)
Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff
Maintaining and submitting reports
Research new language teaching methods
Eligibility Criteria:
No specific qualifications are required. If you love English and have the ability to teach the language with patience and tact, then you are eligible to apply.
All you would require to do is to create a supportive learning environment that will help the community youth meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades to provide useful feedback.
Clinical Psychologist
Clinical Psychologists provide psychotherapy and conduct psychometric assessments online as well as offline at our centers.
Responsibilities include:
Providing psychotherapy sessions
Conducting psychometric assessments
Provide supervision to junior psychologists and interns
Eligibility Criteria:
M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI recognized institute.

Social Media Manager
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between viewers and the cause. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve awareness creating and fundraising goals
Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
Monitor the organization’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

HR Manager
We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, disciplinary action, and learning & development. To perform well in this role you should have knowledge of senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Responsibilities include:
Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process
Training, counseling, and coaching our staff and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
Creating clear and concise reports and giving helpful and engaging presentations
Leading a team of junior human resource managers and interns
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
Knowledge of relevant HR laws
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
